Return Policy
Returns are possible within 30 days. The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:
- Products must be in their original condition with original tags and labels.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original state.
- The return shipment must include a fully completed return form. Download the return form here: Pretyfy Return Form.
- The goods being returned must show no signs of use.
- Order number.
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue (for products that are damaged, not as described, or received incorrectly).
If the issue is found to be valid, we will cover all costs to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we regret that we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged outside of our control.
Always check that your package includes a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be reimbursed. Sending your return by post without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs charges: return costs will not be reimbursed. If the package is marked as "lost in transit," we are not responsible for the return.
Send an email to info@pretyfy-melbourne.com with your return request. We will then provide further information and the return address.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that the return has been received. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days after processing your return.
Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned. b. Made by the seller according to consumer specifications (custom-made). c. Clearly personal in nature. d. Due to their nature, cannot be returned. e. Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and care products are not covered by the right of return. The reason for this is hygiene. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed. f. Products must be returned within 30 days of arrival.
Order Cancellation
It is only possible to cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are entered into the processing system, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, and return costs are not reimbursed.
